Middle School Leadership Retreat 2023

A fun and interactive day where we all get to know each other and ourselves a little better, while we explore what it means to be a leader in your school and help to lead other students to make your school a better place for everyone.

We dream of our schools and community being safe, welcoming, and free of prejudice and discrimination. How can we as students, teachers, parents, and the community make that happen?

Skills

  • Exploring leadership skills you want to grow and strengthen in yourself

  • Creating and running productive and fun team meetings

  • Leading a group of your peers

  • Picking an impactful project and creating a plan to make it happen

  • Making change in your school as a team
